For those less serious situations when you are not sure whether you need to see a physician or where you should go for your medical condition, call our nurse consultant during our hours of operation including evenings and weekends for their guidance. They will help you determine the appropriate level of care whether it be needing to see a physician at one of our three convenient Kootenai Urgent Care centers, going to the emergency room, waiting until the next day to call your primary care physician, or providing information so you don't need to see a physician at all.
