Accessing Telemedicine
To access telemedicine, please call our phone number during normal business hours at 208-625-3600 and ask for a telemedicine appointment.
You will also have the option of accessing telemedicine (in your car) when you visit an urgent care location and check in from your car (if possible).
Please note: Copays still apply and fees are the same. This service does rely on technology and not all insurance companies cover this service. Our urgent care providers may not be able to care for everything via telemedicine and may request that you be seen in-person.
